A sculptural gilt bronze candlestick by Georges Mathias for Fondica, characteristic of the organic and expressive work of the second half of the 20th century. The piece stands out by a free vertical composition, evoking a stylised plant or coral form. The shaft unfolds in successive excrescences with sinuous and dynamic lines, creating a particularly vibrant interplay of shadows and reliefs. The widely spread tripod base ensures stability while extending this biomorphic aesthetic. The gilding presents a depth and brilliance that magnify the asperities of the bronze. A piece of character, at once primitive and extremely refined.

A five-branch candelabrum in stoneware, an emblematic example of the Brutalist movement of the 1960s-70s. The piece is distinguished by its organic, sculptural character, evoking arboreal or primitive anthropomorphic forms.
The treatment of the material is remarkable: an earthy glaze in ochre-brown tones with a rough, scarified texture that catches the light. The circular base, pierced with almond-shaped openings, anchors the visual balance while reinforcing the architectural quality.
This work fits naturally within the tradition of La Borne ceramics or the practice of artists such as Robert Deblander and the Accolay workshop in its most raw productions. It bears witness to a return to source materials and the hand of the maker characteristic of the second half of the 20th century.
The base bears two felt-tip marks covering a 'Calsat' signature.

Rare. A superb biscuit box in Longwy enamels, Neptune model, decorated with polychrome cloisonné enamels depicting fish in marine settings, in red, green and gilt enamels on a black ground. Celadon green enamel interior. Cartouches stamped "Émaux de Longwy" "Décoré main" "Neptune" "France" "Création MP chevalier". Very good condition. No chips.

A striking and elegant pair of carved, painted and gilt wood pedestals. Apron decorated with acanthus leaves, red marble top supported by three legs decorated with winged dragons in the upper section, joined by a stretcher shelf. Italy, 19th century.

A very fine pair of Italian Neoclassical-style pedestals in painted and giltwood, fluted, decorated with acanthus leaves, drawing on themes of classical antique art and architecture. Late 19th century. With signs of wear and minor losses consistent with age.

This superb 'Bubble' table lamp is an exceptional creation by the celebrated Italian designer Goffredo Reggiani, a visionary of mid-20th-century Modernism. Made in Italy in the 1960s-1970s, this rare piece combines Italian craftsmanship with Reggiani's signature style, making it a true collector's object. The lamp comprises 13 globes, a sought-after variant rarely found. Its sculptural design includes a chrome-plated metal structure complemented by Murano glass globes. The bright chrome finish and the milky opalescence of the globes create a harmonious interplay of light and form, making this lamp an iconic piece suited to any interior.

A superb and highly decorative oil on canvas depicting a bouquet of yellow, white and green dahlias on a red-brown ground. In the spirit of the Napoléon III period. A rare vertical rectangular format. Very fine composition.

A magnificent limited-edition tapestry, titled "Soir de Rêve", woven from the original cartoon by Odette Caly. This work was produced by the Atelier d'Art Contemporain La Lice, under the artistic direction of Jean Picart Le Doux, celebrated for his influence in contemporary tapestry art.

. Technique: Tapestry woven by hand with coloured threads on a black ground, depicting vibrant, dreamlike floral motifs
. Signature: the tapestry is signed "Caly" lower left and bears a certificate of authenticity from the atelier on the reverse.
Odette Caly collaborated with renowned ateliers linked to the Aubusson tapestry tradition. The Atelier d'Art Contemporain La Lice, under the direction of J. Picart Le Doux, perpetuated the Aubusson tradition of quality while innovating and allowing contemporary artists such as Odette Caly to contribute to the modernisation of this centuries-old art.
This tapestry is a typical example of the revival of textile art in the 1960s-1970s, combining vibrant colours and Modernist motifs.

Kurt Østervig (Denmark 1912 – 1986), pair of two-tier side tables in teak. 20th century.
Can be used as sofa-end tables, bedside tables or side tables. K. Østervig began his career as a naval architect before changing direction to work for E. Knudsen's at Odense, one of the most renowned furniture manufactories of the 1930s and 1940s.
In the 1960s, he was one of the first Danish designers to be temporarily exhibited at the Museum of Modern Art in New York.

A set composed of a pair of armchairs in turned and moulded cherrywood, the cresting-rail backs surmounted by ebonised-wood balls, applied with stars and a lion mask in gilt brass, the rounded armrests terminating in gilt-brass lion masks, resting on sheath-form front legs ending in ball feet and sabre-form rear legs.
The pair is accompanied by a matching curule stool.
